01 · Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Where coffee began

Smallholder families pick ripe cherry by hand on cool, high slopes. Altitude slows ripening, which builds the sugars behind the florals and citrus in our Yirgacheffe.

02 · Huila, Colombia

Two harvests a year

Family farms in Huila wash and dry their coffee on site. Steady Andean temperatures give the sweet, chocolate-rich cup behind our Colombian dark roast.

03 · Huehuetenango, Guatemala

Mountains and mist

Dry highland winds protect these farms from frost, so cherries ripen slowly. We pay above fair-trade floors and visit every season.
